Playing Otometeki Girlish Love Revo DS

Sooooo like I said, last year I was not reading anything online due to playing some old console games.

I dive into the playing Otome games (thanks to discovering Norn9 and Hiiro no Kakera around 2012 I dived into that world, thought I haven't played both games coz I don't have proper game console for those back then.)

Last year while I was searching for otome games at a site, I happen upon this game Otometeki Girlish Love Revo fan translation by jjjewel and her team hosted on RomHacking dot net site.

Lol I have learned so much just by idly reading the forums from jjjewel's tl group; I learned how to find full game JP versions, how to put an English patch for a JP game, what apps would help me patch a game etc etc. Lol it's so helpful.

Now back in the game. Haha the game was pretty simple. But you have to manage your time well in the game and balance it between dieting, studies and dating any of the guys you want to end up with.

When I finished my first play through, I ended up being alone without a lover. IDK how that happened, I didn't even know that I could actually date guys even if I am not on their ideal weight nor ideal study grades. Lol. I was so focus on dieting and studying that I didn't know that I had to date guys too.

So in my 2nd play through I decided to check some tips and guides, and it help at least ending up with a guy and unlocking some gallery.

I learned from there. But TBH I was already used to checking game guides online whilst playing JRPGs, I just didn't expect I needed one too to unlock some stuff on an otome game. Lol.

BTW, I saw some photos that the Niichan of the game and his friend might actually have a BL game of their own. IDK if it's them but I'm pretty sure that it's the same company as Otomeki that might have had produce a BL game because of the art styles and character designs.
